LOL I thought D is very common? Like Diane, Dione, Desiree, Don, Dickory, Daniel... etc haha

I think U, Q and Z are a little more uncommon

I know one Q and four Zs. Dunno about U...

What about X?

X? I think I might.

I was planning that from the start, rewriting everything and fitting a couple of pieces. Might take a month or more though, seeing as we do have a lot to cover. I might change a few things, then ask a couple of you if it works out alright.

I'm thinking about that as well. I'll help, if time permits.

Well, it seems this topic is lonely. :(

------------------------------------------------------

"Hello, Mark." The voice came from a man, around Mark's age. His face was obscured by the darkness in the warehouse.

Without even flinching, Mark sneered. "I knew that message from Jean was a fake."

"You knew, but yet you came." The man stepped forward, revealing a face clearly of Japanese origin, with sharp facial features. He reached for the right side of his body, and pulled out a sword from his right. Holding the sword with two hands, he walks towards Mark, until the blade was merely inches away from Mark's throat.

"This means I get to finish you off myself." The man's eyes blazed brilliantly.

Mark held up his hands in surrender, though the look on his face clearly contradicted the motion. "I thought you were an honorable warrior. But yet," he tilts his head, and continues in a very mocking voice, "you would kill an unarmed man, Kage-san?" He shook his head in disapproval.

At this, Kage looked very amused. "Don't make me laugh. I know you have knives concealed in your sleeves. And also...you have a pistol hidden in your left shoulder holster.

"Oh, a pistol, you say? Sadly, you are mistaken." Mark's hand quickly dove into his coat, and before Kage can strike, Mark brought out a sleek video recorder. "Say, cheese!" Mark mocked, then pressed the button. The recorder spewed a rich cloud of smoke in Kage's face.

"You bastard!" Kage lunged and swung his sword down...but only met air. The smoke cleared. Wasting not even a second, he listening intently, to find out where Mark was. Then, he heard it. The faint sound of breathing.

Like a bolt running on the ground, Kage charged towards that direction. He swung, and was met with a knife.

Mark stood up, correcting his position. He clenched his teeth, then pushed the knife forward. Kage jumped backwards, then made another strike, but Mark blocked it with his knife again. However, this time Kage locked the knife into his swing, then threw the knife out of his hands.

"Damn it!" Mark thought. He silently put his left hand in his pocket, then pressed 3 on the cell phone he was carrying. "3...Jean's speed dial." Turning the volume down to silent, he took his left hand out of his pocket. Smiling, he then, like a flash, took out two knives, his face a mask to his inside.

Still keeping his composure, he said. "Let's have an honest 1 on 1, shall we?" Then he charged.

Not included anymore in the story: :)

As Pyre was about to go to sleep, her cellphone suddenly rang. When she looked at the screen, she couldn't believe what she saw.

MARK??! That can't be! He's already dead!

Then, she shouted, "EVERYONE! GATHER AT THE LIVING ROOM IMMEDIATELY!"

Everyone rushed to the living room, wondering what has happened. After checking that everyone is present, she said, "Guys, Mark just called."

KKLT commented, "Seriously? What did he say?"

"He hang up before I could answer. "

"But, are you sure that it's really him?", Misaki asked.

"Yes, I'm definitely sure. If there are any problems, he does that."

"I knew it. He's still alive. Now, what are your plans?", Monsi butted in.

"Well, we have to find where he is, but my iPhone doesn't have a cellphone tracer."

"Leave it to me. Give me 10 minutes."

Monsi returned to his room and turned on his laptop. Then, he started making the program that would be able to trace a cellphone via internet. After 9 minutes, he went back to the dining room and asked Pyre, "Alright, enter his cellphone number here."

After few moments, the location of Mark has appeared on the screen. Then, Pyre instructed, "Everyone, prepare yourselves, we're leaving in 10 minutes."

"Pyre, if you don't mind, where is he?", Chelsea asked.

"He's at XXXX Street, XXXX Lane. According to the map, it's about 30 minutes away from where we are."

-------------------------------------

That's it. You guys can now judge which one we would consider. :)

Guys, this is still incomplete. I'll continue this after 20 minutes, okay? I'm just about to take my last ride home. :)

:V I don't burst into tears that easily. And Mark wouldn't have time to hang up. He's fighting right now. That wasn't what I planned, but alright I guess. And I thought we were all in different locations at this time.

I'll post what I originally intended to post anyways.

How'd you get my number? And the number 3 just so happens to be my favorite number. If it was anyone else, I'd call it coincidence, but it's you, so...

"Tsukiko. Tsukiko. Wake up. We have to get moving." IdentityUnknown woke the older girl.

The two went quietly to meet up with Chelsea and Lia who looked more than a bit tired. "Hop into the backseat. C's friend is driving us there."

Tsukiko, Chelsea, and Lia nodded quietly and went into the backseat of the van while IdentityUnknown took shotgun. The van roared to life and they began moving.

"Pyre," Chelsea said, "where are the others?"

"KKLT and Misaki-chan have my cell. They're at different locations," IdentityUnknown replied.

Suddenly, IdentityUnknown's phone rang, jerking Lia (who had been dozing off) out of her sleep. IdentityUnknown took it out and looked at the number. "Odd," she murmured. "It isn't KKLT or Misaki-chan." She answered it. "Hello?"

There was no answer and for a moment IdentityUnknown thought it was a prank call or a wrong number. Then, an unfamiliar voice said, "Is that all you've got, Mark?"

IdentityUnknown's eyes widened. She spun around to look at the other three girls in the back, who were staring back at her, their eyes plainly asking the question. She pressed her ear close to the phone, her heart pounding. The signal didn't seem to be very good and all she heard was murmuring and something hitting something else...

Tracker, tracker, tracker IdentityUnknown thought. C must have, must have...there it was! IdentityUnknown hurriedly pressed several buttons.

"Tsukiko! Give me your phone!" The older girl stared at her with minor confusion. "Now!"

Tsukiko tossed the phone and IdentityUnknown caught it. Quickly, IdentityUnknown punched in the number for KKLT. Gripping the phone tightly, she waited for KKLT to pick up, then looked at the driver. "XXXX Street, XXXX Lane. Now. Please."

Monsi's two posts at the previous page are identical... I'm sure about that.

No, I meant it was an accidental double post. And take a look at my version. Can you tell me which one makes more sense?
