Aeyra 260 Report post Posted September 1, 2011 I agree with you, which is why for half the time I had us travel in groups in smaller vans. And that's partially why I chose the subway. It's also cheap. I like the subway... You'll always just blend right in.

tengaku squared 291 Report post Posted September 1, 2011 Inspector Gray rubbed his eyes again. Being away from home often, he came home to find at least twenty issues stacked on his desk. "Is this for real?" Gray sighed. He read out the header, "Young Terrorist Arrested!" Then he began to read the story. Mark XXXXX was arrested last night. A well known terrorist that has been attacking civilians with a group of his amateur accomplices, he is responsible for the deaths of at least 500 people. The federal court will make their verdict tomorrow, at 8 AM. Or that was the gist of the story. Gray always had a habit for shortening and summarizing stories while reading them out loud. Of course, Gray noticed the date on the newspaper was the day before. He immediately got out an antique laptop, huge, overhating, but functional, and searched on the Internet. The results were grim. According to at least 5 sources, Mark plead guilty to the deaths and other numerous terrorism charges. "All charges made against me are true. I plead Guilty, Your Honor." He was given the death sentence, and was executed later that day. Gray immediately got out of the house, his coat and hat barely clinging to his form. "I just never get rest in this job."

Tsukiko 73 Report post Posted September 1, 2011 I think I could write now.
Tsukiko 73 Report post Posted September 1, 2011 All right! Let's start! -- -- -- Shannon yawned. After three years work in organization she was alive and finally able to sat in front of her desk. And she was doing the most boring thing in the world: writing a report. "What should I tell? That my brother betrayed FBI and started to do his own scientical experiments to other member of FBI(she is thinking about Laela). Or I almost got killed and tried to save a bunch of school kids instead of keeping my scene up and getting more information about this Org?" She sighed deeply. "And these four Organization members who joined us... They are making things so complicated. I bet FBI isn't trusting in them fully and might keep an eye on them even though it seems those four were forced to join..." Another deep sigh. "Hmm... I took some files from that organization-HQ-like-building. Maybe there is something usefull..." The woman opened her back bag and took several files from there. She opened the file which was on the top. "Let's see... Tsukiko..." Name: Tsukiko(no information about her real name) Age: 16 Background: Finnish Nationality: Finnish Hair Color: Light brown Eye Color: Greyish blue Basic Info: She likes to be on her own but is also very social. Pretty talented in playing the piano and drawing. Good imagination. Doesn't like leading a group but has strong opinions. Might know more than is needed. She is also pretty good communicating in English but has weaknesses in grammar. Later details: Recruited, codename Lunam Memory has been wiped away by Iram who also took care of her after her allies left her behind. She had wounds in her stomach and in her right arm(caused by Rin). Those wounds have healed well but it's not sure when she is able to carry a gun. This detail might cause problems to her training that should be started immediately... There were also some notes Iram who mentioned Lunam's reactions after memory wiping and told about her similarity with Laela. "...I'm very curious to see how similar these two exactly are. If I have a chance I'll do a little test with her. I want to know is it possible to move memories between two persons with a help of the newest cell tecnology. She is a prefect test subject for Laela's memories. If I manage to do this this Organization will be able to succeed in its main objective..." "What?!" Shannon dropped the file from her hands. "Is this the reason why he didn't lose his life when the organization found out that he helped me? I have to tell others." She was rushing to the door of her working room. when she suddenly stopped. "No, I have to found out first did Iram something to Tsuki. And if his experiments succeeded... and he left the details about them at Org's HQ..." She shaked her head. "I don't wanna even know." -- -- -- Yeah, that file Shannon read. It is a new ver. The first one was the one IU and others stole. And of course the details in it were made before our great escape. But how Shannon got it, I don't know. I just wanted that she read it.

But death sentences can take years to be carried out. 'That day' executions are just about unheard of. And which state is he in? I'll answer the questions in the post with my legal knowledge, and common sense, and my own knowledge (after all, I should know where I live :V). Although there haven't been any teen terrorists I know of, I can highly assume they will be tried as adults, and given penalties related to adults. In the case of terrorism, it's either the life sentence or death. After all, I've been tried in federal court. In the story, assume I used the right to die. I probably could have chosen to be executed earlier (considering I only have a week to live anyway), though the legal ethics and social ethics are a bit fuzzy on this. I live in Colorado. You don't get tried on where you live. You get tried in the state where your crimes were committed. Granted, this leaves problems, but as far as we know, your crimes were centered in NJ. In NJ, a death sentence has not been carried out for decades. In fact, the death sentence is on the brink of being destroyed. There have been teenage murderers, and they usually get life sentences, though as they're underage, they'd probably get parole. I have a whole book to reference at home, but I'm at a sleepover. So I'm not writing tonight.

And I believe most captured terrorists are either given life without parole or executed. And the FBI probably pulled a few strings to get the sentence. Besides, my crimes were not centered in NJ. If my whole past in the syndicate were revealed, it'd be shown that I committed most of my crimes in California. But enough with legal blah.

Tsukiko 73 Report post Posted September 2, 2011 I found a funny excersize from my English book. Well, the excersize itself wasn't funny but the story in it was. I'll write it here but I changed "Tessa" to "Jean". This morning Jean woke up at 5.30. It was ridiculously early. She decided to go out for a walk. She took some bread crumbs for the birds. When she got to the river, she noticed that she wasn't alone. "Hello," said the stranger. Jean didn't regonize him. "I'm Mark. We met at the Culture Café." "Funny, I didn't see you there." "And I thought you didn't want to see me." "Did you come to feed the birds, too?" "Actually I had a funny dream. I knew that it meant something. In my dream I found someone special, someone who fed bread crumbs to ducks by the river." Here and I hope IU and Moho are not gonna kill me...
