I was running to it. ------------ Misaki stood there, awestruck, as she watched the flames dance and flourish on the building that was previously a hospital. Her body soon began to tremble as she screamed, "LEGEND! AEYRA!" "Holy s**t! If we had stayed in there, we'd really be goners!" O___o The voice that spoke registered in her head as she turned around, seeing the two she thought were dead. She stuttered, "Wh-what the hell?! Ho-How are you two still-" Aeyra spoke, "We didn't want to be useless while you and Chelsea did all the work and risk your lives for us, so we escaped. And just in time too." She began to sway and almost dropped to her knees, but was caught by Legend. "Sit down," she said. 'I'm fine... Just a little dizzy, I already told you that." "But you should rest!" "I will, later." "So what happened to you?" "Shot in the head." "WTF?!" O____o;;;; Legend looked around for a second before asking, "Say, where is Chelsea?" Misaki bit her lip and said, "You see... She kinda got kidnapped and well...." Aeyra exclaimed, "She got KIDNAPPED?!" before clutching her head. She said, "Calm down! You're going to end up hurting yourself more!" "But....! If he finds out we're still alive, he'll definitely attack us again. We've got to get out of here, we've got to run." She started to sprint, but collapsed a couple feet away, head burning like the fire behind her. "Don't get yourself even more injured!" scolded Misaki-chan, even though she too was starting to flee the scene. "We have to be careful, okay? If we go to the police, we might get protection!" "And what happened the last time a nice police officer tried to take us to the station?" asked KKLT sarcastically, almost rolling her eyes. "It turned out to be Mark and Aeyra GOT SHOT IN THE HEAD!" "Where else are we supposed to go?!" protested Misaki-chan, letting Aeyra lean on her shoulder. "Both of you have serious head injuries, we can't go to the police, a hospital was bombed, both Chelsea and Cure-kun are missing, and we have a maniac on our heels!" "We should get a hotel room," said Aeyra. "Let's get a couple of streets away- he probably thinks we're dead for the moment.
