'Hakuba' got that paint on his shirt and bracelet in the business building before he returned it to her. Also, Hakuba isn't shown again after he and Conan separate. (Kid is also the one who knocked an attacker off his motorcycle, and was likely the only one who saw Conan's fall from the bridge.
