Which one is wrong? The DC Wiki or the TVDB wiki?

Hello. I'm new here and I have been watching the episodes and I have noticed that 'seasons on the wiki and the 'seasons on TVDB are different?

Here's an example Dancing Demon at the Noh Mask Mansion Part 1 & Part 2 are listed as the first two episodes of season 23 but according to TVDB the first two episodes of the season are Kaitou Kid and the Blush Mermaid Parts 1 & 2. So which one is correct? I think someone has made a mistake somewhere either on here or on TVDB.

Can someone please clarify this for me.
