But Cantonese is just as 'Chinese' as any other dialects, Mandarin included. For say, 唐詩宋詞 are all meant for Canto recital, and what is more Chinese than 唐詩宋詞 lol? The country I was from does traditional, so I'm feeding a lot of the things you guys have said into Google Translate xD Gah, I can't read any of that. 's okay though. Getting straight A's in Chinese school doesn't mean anything if you forget the next week though. To be honest, I learned more from watching Chinese subs. Can Raki speak Chinese too? I took Chinese for 4 years, but only because it was a requirement in my school. I can't remember much, and we only learned how to write using the Roman alphabet.
