Let's see... They're very popular in Asia, as you've said. America had DC for a while, it was called Case Closed, but then it ended due to low ratings. I recall seeing Spanish dubs on Youtube while crawling random videos on it, but I'm not really sure. We have fans from the UK, and quite a few fans from the US, but most of us come from Asia. Well, we get regular English subs from this group called DCTP who takes the Japanese dub, and gives it English subs. It is NOT blocked by China, so you can get DC episodes from that website.
