I want someone who accepts me for who I am. But I guess that trust is the most important. If there's no trust, I'm not sure I even want to talk to that person on a regular basis. Sincerity comes after... but still, no matter who the guy is or what the guy is made of, a girl would always accept him as long as he loves her and she loves him back... I also want to agree on what Yukiko Kudo once said to Ran: When a girl looks at a guy's face, it's either there is something on his face or she likes the guy... ^not the exact words but yea something like that... at least, what I see,okay...
