Misaki's Art Thread

Thank you to everyone!

Bell-chan, thanks! *begins to munch*

Aeyra, I like the critic, don't worry! If I only get praise, how will I improve?

1.) Proportions are so hard... -.-;;; Honestly, this is a lot better than how I used to draw....

2.) I'm dunno... Sometimes they're green, sometimes they're blue. It's so hard to keep rack when Gosho is constantly changing it.

3.) I'll try.

4.) Bodies are so annoying sometimes, but people are the few things I'm good at drawing...

5.) It's so hard to get them the same size... >.<

6.) I'll remember that next time.

Her eyes are always blue... The only thing people dispute is Heiji's eye color.

It might look green in 'weird lighting' but otherwise, they're blue. Maybe you got confused cuz of Cure-kun's drawings :P. He lost his blue colored pencil! (or so he said...) Heiji... Well in the manga and everything they're blue, but fans tend to color them green cuz they contrast with the other characters and it matches Kazuha...

Hmm... Pretty good, but there's a couple of things you could improve on.

1. Her eyes seem a little big for her face. Her face needs to be elongated a little bit or else proportions don't work.

2. I think Ai's eyes (... homophones) are blue, not green.

3. Hair. It's much better than last time, but the right side still looks slightly off. I think that bit of hair sticks out more.

4. Legs. I think they're too long. The torso should be longer, and her lower legs shorter. Bodies are always difficult. XD

5. Eye placement. One eye is bigger than the other and they're not even... I'm trying to fix that problem myself. (why isn't this eye working right?! Argh! - that was yesterday...)

6. Collar bones. They shouldn't be that long. Usually people don't spread them out much farther than halfway to the shoulder.

The rest is really good though... Your style is different from Gosho's but it's still quite nice. Keep practicing! (I hate being such a critic... :()

^ I agree with all of this. But it was much better than last time. Great job.

Haibara's hair color and eye color actually change alot...

They've been an aqua marine, blue, and now they're like this grey color.. and they've been every random color in between. Don't get me started on her constantly changing hair color. She's supposed to be more of a strawberry blonde but she's looked like a blonde for a lot of the series, then it changed over and over .. >.>''

It's a nice drawing.

The coloring is a bit messy, but otherwise good.

The proportion is pretty decent.

With practice you'll do great!

Keep up the good work!

XD They're pretty good! *is too lazy to critique four separate people*

Nice! I did one too, though, I didn't work hard on it at all (ten minute summary: *sketch* *sketch* Oh look, DC anime! *finishes up drawing, doesn't bother to ink properly or color or even fix things*) so it sucks...

Thank you everybody!

Nice Misa-chan! But isn't *Conan*'s hair supposed to be longer...???efb50fe2.gif

Conan has his/her hair up in a ponytail while Shinichi's is down.
