Well the translation of File 796 said that the brother died a few days ago, not years, like this Miss Kei stated (unless the spoiler translation is wrong). So we don't know for sure the real day the brother died. So until I see otherwise, I'm hopeful for a BO connection.

And I think it's more likely that the name Kashizuka belongs to the man in the suitcase than the man who died in the Mouri's bathroom (if that's not really the woman's name).

Speaking of the fox face guy with his hair parted to one side, wouldn't it be hilarious if he was the guy from the Teito bank heist who the Detective boys tripped on the toilet paper? Remember he had a girlfriend he was calling right before the crime!

Maybe it was a case of double name stealing. The reason why Kei may be dreadlocks is because he was the one who seemed to have originally set up the meeting with Mouri that the lady intercepted. If dreadlocks was impersonating the suitcase guy it might work.

or maybe he's feinting. But he end up being hostage though and he plan to stay with her until she was arrested. Maybe black org likely to be around when they saw Sera was part of Kogoro's team with reason to figure out her family.

Hmm... I also think that Conan is faking it, Conan is (most likely) highly suspicious of "Kashizuka" and thus acted accordingly. So, when "Kashizula" asked him about the juice she recommended/bought for him, it probably raised some flags and caused Conan to think that there is some kind of sleeping drug in the drink. UNLESS, of course, "Kashizuka" used sleeping gas to knock Conan out. But this might not be possible because for that to happen, she has to be shown wearing a gas mask. :/

Megure never mentioned Sera by name. Bourbon would have to know about Akai's family in the first place, the info about which would have to be reconstructed from records because the Akais moved a year before Shuu's cover was blown. Since the Org got Akai's presumably real name "Akai Shuuichi", it's likely they could uncover the basic structure of the family (Mom, younger sister in school) and maybe even some photos from records left behind the FBI didn't wipe out and neighbor/friend testimony. However, the Akais are probably now well hidden and in witness-protection, so finding them, getting recent pictures, and getting their fake names would be hard. Even if Bourbon knew Sera was in Japan now, he can't be absolutely sure who Megure is referring to unless he is tracking Sera already and knows she is the only female detctive hanging around.

If Bourbon knew Akai had a younger sister interested in deduction though...
