Kirsch 95 Report post Posted July 7, 2014 Hehe... Depends only your definition of 'know'... 1. Mandarin (my first language) 2. English (second language, and I speak it better than Mandarin) 3. Spanish (I've been taking it for five years) 4. Japanese (not fluent, but my family has been spurting random phrases of it since I was little, and now I'm trying to learn more cuz of Detective Conan) 5. Taiwanese (I grew up around it, my relatives all speak it, and it's just another kind of Chinese; not fluent)

Kid the Phantom Thief 252 Report post Posted December 10, 2014 I've said this before and I'll say it again: I understand and speak Danish as it is my native language. I more or less understand Norwegian, as it is not too far from the Danish language, though Swedish is gibberish to me. English I understand and speak quite well. No, I don't really speak it very well. Damn. I understand Faroese as it is the language my mother speaks to my siblings and I every day, but I can't speak it, except a few words and phrases. I've learned some German in school, but forgotten most of it again. I began learning French this year, but we've had a lot of cancelled modules, so we're a bit behind schedule. machine 52 Report post Posted January 16, 2015 I know English as it's my native tongue, I'm currently learning German (hoping to pick up some Swiss German in the process) and that's about it. I tried teaching myself French and Mandarin before but I got bored so I didn't get very far. Then I know some Korean from liking kpop and some Japanese as well because it just sorta comes with being an anime fan.

Kirsch 95 Report post Posted January 18, 2015 1.5 I'm not counting stuff like Japanese or Spanish since I only know a morsel of those. Most English-speaking people will count Spanish, considering how easy it is to guess some words. I know 4 languages: Gibberish, English, my own language, and Pig Latin. Jk I know 9 languages -English(frequently) -Chinese(not the best, but still learning) -Japanese(a little, still learning) -Spanish(a little, still learning) -French(kinda) -Riddlish(kinda) -Pig Latin(frequently) -Gibberish(kinda) -My own language I made up(frequently) High five!
