Suzaku Kururugi and Rolo (Code Geass) one is a justice-inclined person and one is a person who sacrified himself for his "brother" *alert* The following character has a very long and senseless rant along with her. Yuki Nagato (Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya)- NOW I know why KyoAni made 8 Endless Eight eppies. We were all screaming and flinging random objects at the wall because of the repeated "Kyon-kun, denwa!". But Yuki silently endured 15,000[/lu] summers! If I was her, I would have strangled Haruhi right there, right NOW! But she kept her "emotions" bottled up (not a very hard thing to do for this humanoid interface). Remember Ryoko and Emiri? They show emotions but don't really feel it. Yuki is the opposite. She feels emotions, but doesn't show them. She doesn't understand them either. And so she altered the world (this is Disappearance of Haruhi Suzumiya already) because of these emotions, thinking they were errors in her system, or something like that. And she wished for a normal life, so she became a human. I sometimes feel like this. I'm popular (kinda?) and always has to study. But I want to be a normal kid, playing computer games, hanging out with friends, and of course DCW instead of just study-training-study, and I also don't understand emotionsl I'm quite contented with this, now. Of all the characters, Yuki Nagato is the most complex and has a lot of character development. And back to the question at first: why did KyoAni make 8 repititive eppies? For us to relate to the lonely alien called Yuki Nagato. Our suffering (?) Was just a teardrop compared to hers, making the Disappearance movie more touching if you watched all of the E8. Thanks for listening to my rant which made absolutely no sense at all. Kyon (Melancholy Of Haruhi Suzumiya)- like him, I tend to facepalm at ridiculous situations and is a realist The Onozawa siblings (Tokyo Magnitude 8.0)- this super meaningful anime has the honor of being the 1st anime I watched. Mirai is annoyed by her brother Yuuki, but when they went to a robot exhibit in Odaiba, a strong earthquake strikes. Together with Kusakabe Mari, a delivery woman, they try to get home to their parents. Siblings really overpower everything Ryoko Asakura (Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya)-psychotic killer alien go! Ami Mizuno/Sailor Mercury (Sailor Moon)I actually watched Sailor Moon and liked Ami most of all. Usagi is a crybaby. Kotomi Ichinose (Clannad) what a life she must have just reading in the library *sigh*. Also, I want to play the violin but suck at it :/ At least there are more boys.... Suzuki Sonoko(Detective Conan) - It started as a joke though because nobody liked her. I think she is annoying and stupid but then I started to kind of admire her for being such a nice friend to Ran. Something I can never do. :V Niizuma Eiji(Bakuman) - SPIN!! Manga genius. He's definitely the main antagonist but he is not evil, not the usual shonen manga antagonist. He is actually the less serious, more fun version of L from Death Note. Ryuk(Death Note) - He was neither good nor evil, he was just bored so he entertained himself. He was neutral for his personal gain. Donquixote Doflamingo(One Piece) - The bastard. I can't just hate him, not after his speech about Justice. He definitely knows how to play the game unlike some guy named Crocodile. Hisashi Mitsui(Slam Dunk) - He's got a nice backstory. It's a shame the Manga already ended with little exploration to the characters. But then again, Slam Dunk is about basketball and I guess the ending was just a perfect final touch to the reality portrayed throughout the series. Hisoka(Hunter X Hunter) - I don't know. I like twisted characters. Hiramaru Kazuya-Yoshida Koji Combi(Bakuman) - Got a good laugh out of their hilarious interactions. Zaraki Kenpachi(Bleach) - I don't know everything about him but after watching 40 something episodes of Bleach, I find him the most interesting character. Bartolomeo(One Piece) - More like BarTROLLomeo, weird and adorable character, I just love him. L(Death Note) - Cool character. The sole definition of Justice, or at least the Justice that most people accept today. He is definitely more experienced than Shinichi as a detective because you know, L hid his identity while Shinichi was just...reckless and too hasty to solve a case and then he shrunk. Light Yagami(Death Note) - A representation that no matter how smart a teenager is, they still make bad judgment or is it? Ahh! The morality of his justice. I just can't help but think about it.
