Well you know, things you put more time into tend to come out better. Plus, it'd probably only take you an extra few minutes to get the basic outline of the head. But overall, it's ok. You should work on the head length (right now it's way too long and as a result, the forehead is way~ too big) and also putting the nose in the right place (like my twin said, it's in the wrong place).
