Why does Bourbon hate Akai Shuuichi?

I've been thinking about it for some time. Why does Bourbon hate Akai? There are many possible reasons as to why he hates Akai, and I want to know what YOU think.

It may have some connection with family problems. Although we don't know much about Akai's family(aside fdrom the fact that Sera is his sister), there may still be some connection.

It can also be because of love. Akai dated Akemi before, didn't he? And if my memory serves me right I think the two fell for each other for realsies. Maybe Bourbon was jealous. And after that, for Akai technically being the reason why Akemi died, he decided to avenge Akemi's death and kill Akai.

It may also be his friendship or closeness with Akemi, that when she died because of Akai, he wanted to avenge her death. He may have been a close friend to Akemi, and is against the fact that Akai is dating her. This may be true since Sherry knows about him.

It may also be because of the rankings/reputation in the B.O. Maybe Bourbon was jealous because Akai had gained such a good reputation in the B.O. and achieved such a high ranking, almost becoming the partner of Gin, who has a great rank in the B.O.

Just a couple of questions:

If Sherry does know something about Bourbon, why didn't she tell Conan about it?

Does Akai hate Bourbon, too?

Is Amuro Tooru's name real or not?

And, if my memory serves me right, how come Kir(Mizunashi Rena) say that Bourbon is a new member? How could he be a new recruit if Sherry and Akemi knew him and he also knew Akai, who had been long gone in the Organization for three years already? How did that happen?

So..what do you guys think is the reason why Bourbon hates Rye?

He might have only recently been activated after not doing anything for a while.

I kinda hope it's because he considered Akemi as a good friend.Amuro showed that friendship is important for him(date).He met Shiho's parents before they die so maybe he grew up with her and became close to her.Maybe he even considered her as a little sister(he is older than her).I don't know how much he was close to the Miyano family,but he seems to really know Shiho's mother.

If you add the fact that Akai was also a good detective who had a high rank very quickly while Bourbon suspected that he was FBI,that can be a good reason to hate someone.He was a real rival for Amuro.

I don't think Akemi and Amuro were dating before Akai's appearance,or else Shiho would know that.

Since Gosho is following Gundam story,the reason of Bourbon hatred for Akai is Akemi for sure.I just really hope he wasn't secretly in love with her since childhood.That would be annoying.

Yeah...Jodie told Conan that Bourbon's target was Sherry,but Conan never told haibara about Bourbon.

Anyway,she doesn't seems to know Bourbon that much,so it would have been useless to ask her anything.

I guess that it can be safe to assume that the reason behind the hostility between Bourbon and Akai Shuuichi is closely related to Scotch (and his death).

I read in a DCTP cb and presumenothing's translation that Sera's brother (Akai Shuuichi) killed Scotch, and I believe that this may very well be the root of Bourbon's grudge against Shuuichi.

I think that the three were probably really close friends (or at least, Shuuichi and Scotch or Bourbon and Scotch, or both). It's possible that the Organization ordered Shuuichi to kill Scotch (probably after the Organization found out that Scotch is an undercover agent, or Scotch slipped up in a mission (just like what happened to Pisco, though the former may be more plausible since it seems that Org members are aware that Scotch is a member of the Secret Police)), or Shuuichi killed Scotch after the latter became a hindrance or a threat to the former's undercover activity (hopefully not), thus angering Bourbon. It is also possible that Shuuichi revealed to the Org that Scotch was a spy in order to boost himself in the Org and rank up, or to get out of an inconvenient situation that would threaten his cover as a spy for the FBI, though I think it's unlikely that Shuuichi would go that far just for the sake of ranking up in the Organization.
