Truth of ShinichixShiho's first meet

Shinichi and Shiho’s first meet. (7 years old-for real)

“Shiniiichiiii!” called Ran.

“What?” he asked as he turned around.

“Let’s go to the park!”

“No. I don’t want to!”

“Meany!”

“I don’t care. I’m going to the library.”

Ran pouted and then said, “Fine I’ll go with you.” She hurriedly followed him even though he never looked back.

When they got to the library Ran kept bugging him, trying to get him to leave with her and go to the park.

“Look, Ran, I don’t want to. I feel like reading.”

“Please?” she begged.

“Later.”

“Promise?”

“Yeah, yeah, I promise.”

Ran lit up and sat down in a chair saying, “When you’re done come here, I’ll wait for you.”

“Fine.” Shinichi walked off towards the adult section where he was looking for a science book to read, since he had already read all of the detective books out.

There he ran into a girl who was standing next to a man in black reading a science book. The two fell over when they bumped into each other.

“Ah, sorry,” he said. He stood up and held out his hand to her and she glared at him.

The man in black helped her up even though she tried to avoid him with a scared and angry look on her face.

Shinichi pushed her behind him and said, “She doesn’t want your help.”

“And who are you?” glared the man.

“Kudo Shinichi. Now stop touching her. She doesn’t want your help, you are only a bother.” He turned to her and grabbed her hand. He then said, “Come on, let’s go.”

The other man was looking at him and mumbled, “That’s Kudo Shinichi…?”

She was amazed that anyone would stand up to him. Nobody had stood up to the man in black before.

While they were going Ran saw him and ran up to him. “Shinichi… who’s she?” she asked a bit worriedly.

He paused for a second and turned to look at her, “I forgot to ask your name.”

“Miyano Shiho.”

Shinichi smiled and said, “Good to meet you.”

He also grabbed Ran’s hand and then kept walking while pulling her and Ran along. They walked to the park. The man in black shadowed them.

“Hey, Shiho, can you play soccer?”

“A little.”

Shinichi smiled and the three of them started to kick the ball around.

Ran was pouty.

“Ran, why are you in such a bad mood?”

“Why did you bring some random girl to the park, it was just going to be me and you!”

“Sorry, someone was following her. Anyways, I want her to stay near me, that guy is still there.”

“Eh?” said Ran. She turned to look around.

“Don’t worry about it, let’s just play soccer. If he doesn’t leave I’ll ask my dad what to do.”

They played soccer for a while. Afterwards when the man hadn’t left, the three of them began to walk home. After walking by Ran’s house and Ran and Shinichi were hit on the head for staying out so late, Shinichi pulled Shiho behind him and they headed to his house.

“I’m tired,” said Shiho.

Shinichi looked at her and squatted down. “Get on my back, I’ll carry you to my house. You can sleep on the way there.”

She hesitantly got on his back.

“Warm,” she mumbled as she drifted off to sleep.

Shinichi blushed and turned bright red.

He carried her all the way to his house, and the man in black was following him the whole way.

He couldn’t open the gate since he was holding Shiho, so he rang the doorbell.

Yuusaku came out and said, “Shinichi, why are you ringing the doorbell?” He then noticed the girl and said, “What happened?”

“Can you let us in first, I want to set her down, and I don’t want to wake her up.”

“Fine,” he replied as he opened the gate and held it and then the door open.

They walked inside and Shinichi laid her down in his bed and then covered her.

“Now explain,” said his father when they had went back down to the kitchen.

“Well, I met her at the bookstore and we ran into each other. I was going to help her up but this man in black just picked her up even though she didn’t seem to want him too. It was like a stranger was touching her because she was fidgeting and trying to escape his grasp but he wouldn’t let go. So I stopped him and took her with me. Then he kept following her.”

“What if that was her dad?” asked his mother.

“If it was her dad why did she have a scared and mad expression on her face?”

“Ok, well, let’s ask her about it when she wakes up,” said Yuusaku.

“Ok.”

“You go get some sleep as well,” said Yukiko.

“Ok, goodnight mom, dad.” Shinichi went up to his room and lay down next to her. He immediately fell asleep since he was so tired from carrying her for so long.

When he woke up the first thing he saw were her watchful eyes looking right at him.

At first he freaked wondering who it was, and then he remembered. After the shocked expression on his face he said with a smile, “Morning, you hungry, want breakfast?”

She looked at him with an expressionless gaze and said, “Is it ok?”

“Yeah it’s fine,” he smiled.

He grabbed her hand and pulled her down the steps with him and into the kitchen.

“Mom, Dad, can we have some breakfast?”

“Sure, I was making it now; it’ll be done in a little bit, go watch some TV or read.”

“Ok,” he smiled.

He pulled Shiho into the other room and they turned on the TV.

A few minutes later the doorbell rang and Ran was standing at the gate.

“Oh, hey Ran! You want breakfast?”

“Sure!” she called as she opened the gate.

Shinichi yelled back into the house, “Ran’s come over, can you make some food for her too?”

“Sure Shin-chan,” his mom replied while humming to herself.

Ran came in and saw Shiho sitting on the couch. “Why’s she here?”

“Oh, well we were going to ask her why that man was following her but she had fallen asleep so we decided to ask her when she woke up.”

“I see…”

Shinichi sat on the seat a few inches away from Shiho.

Ran seemed to get slightly annoyed and shoved Shinichi over some and sat in between the two.

“Ran, what are you doing?” asked Shinichi.

Shiho studied them for a few seconds and then said, “Jealousy.”

They both looked at her, “What?”

“She seemed to be jealous that you were sitting next to me.”

Ran turned red and Shinichi said, “Why?” completely uncomprehending.

“U-umm, that’s because…” she stammered.

There was a few seconds of silence and then Yukiko called, “Breakfast is ready!”

Shinichi hopped up and ran into the other room to get food happily, the two girls followed him. They sat down and this time with Shinichi in the middle. He ate as if there was nothing wrong, but there seemed to be a bit of tension between the two girls.

Yukiko and Yuusaku were laughing to themselves, understanding that both of the girls liked him.

“So anyways, do you know who that man in black was that was following you?” asked Yuusaku.

Shiho was silent for a few moments and then said, “My escort.”

“Eh?” they all said surprised. “Then why did you want to avoid him.”

“I didn’t say he was a wanted escort. Wherever I go… they always follow me. I can’t do anything without them following me. It’s very annoying.”

“Then you should hurry back to them.”

“No. Today they were supposed to ship me off to America to study. I want to stay with my sister but they won’t let me.”

“Who won’t let you?”

“The sy-” she was cut off as the front door was busted open.

“Give me the girl,” said the man in black fiercely.

Shinichi immediately shielded Shiho and yelled, “Why should we?”

“She has a flight to catch to America. We are spending a lot of money for her to go.”

“Did her parents approve?” asked Yukiko angrily.

“My parents are dead,” replied Shiho, “I think that they killed them!” she yelled.

“Give us the girl and we won’t kill anyone,” he said as he pulled out a gun.

After Shiho calmed down she said, “Let go Kudo-kun.”

“Shiho-chan?”

“You need to let go, he won’t hesitate to kill you all.” She removed his hands and pulled on a sad smile. “Thanks anyways.” She got up and walked over to the man in black. “Do I get to see my sister before you send me away?”

“Yea, she will see you off at the airport.”

“Don’t hurt her.”

The two left with that.

Shinichi slunk after them, following as discreetly as possible.

When they made it to the airport he watched as Shiho hugged a girl that looked to be a teenager at the time. Shiho was crying.

Shinichi ran up to them as Shiho let go of her sister. “Shiho-chan, don’t leave!” he yelled as he hugged her tightly.

“This brat again?” growled the man in black. He kicked Shinichi away.

From behind the man Ran came up and kicked him behind the knees yelling, “Don’t hurt Shinichi!”

Shiho ran over to Shinichi as Ran kicked the man in black until he fell, and then continued to kick him.

“Are you ok Kudo-kun?” asked Shiho as she bent over him.

“I’m fine, don’t go…”

“Sorry, if I don’t they might hurt my sister.”

Akemi walked over to them and said, “This is the boy you told me about?”

“Yeah.”

“He’s cute,” she said with a smile, “Your first boyfriend!”

Both Shinichi and Shiho blushed and then Ran went up to them and grabbed Shinichi’s arm, “He’s mine!” she said with a determined look.

Shiho grabbed him and whispered in his ear, “Told you it was jealousy.” Then after giving him a hug she said, “Sorry Kudo-kun, I have to go to America, I don’t want them to hurt my sister. When I turn 18 in 10 years… I’ll have returned to Japan. When that time comes… find me ok?” she asked with a smile. “I’ll keep this hairstyle so you can always find me.”

“OK,” he said as he looked down with a saddened smile.

Shiho walked over to her sister and gave her a hug. Then she walked into the crowd and disappeared with the man who had finally stood up.

Akemi started to cry. “Why are you crying?” asked Shinichi.

“My little sister is being sent off overseas for about 10 years. Of course I’m going to cry.”

*Now Shiho is returning*

“Sherry, it’s good to see you again,” said an older man, dressed in all black.

“It’s been 10 years since I last stepped foot in this place, and if I remember correctly you were being beat up by a little girl,” she chuckled.

“Why you,” he moved to grab her.

“Don’t touch me. You know you’re not allowed to. If I’m hurt at all you will be blamed.”

He stopped. Turning around he said, “Let’s go, the car is waiting.”

“Fine.”

She slipped into the car after the man and she was driven off to the lab where she would live and work. She was remembering the time right before she left with a smile. Sadly she couldn’t remember his name or face. Even though she had a dream of the event over and over again, whenever she woke up she could never remember his name.

For the first half year she was working she dreamed about it often and thought about it often, but soon it stopped coming to her and she forgot about it.

-Shinichi had thought about her often when she had first left, but as time went on he had forgotten as well. And when Shiho had returned he had a dream reminding him of her, but even though he searched he never found her. Finally he as well forgot about her completely, again.

~Later the two would meet again under the guise of Conan and Ai at the ages of 7 and 8, just like the first time they met, but they wouldn't know that they had met before......

Please tell me what you think! I am thinking of making a story to come after it for when the black org has been taken out, ai disappears and makes an antidote, and then one year later she comes back~this time they find out that they had met before meeting as Ai and Conan.... ^-^

Wow amazing! You write well and I liked how Shiho and Shinichi met for he first time!

I can see that you didn't characterize the characters the way they are .

Shinichi... how can I say... he is a bit childish (although he is a child!), and he wouldn't have stand up to a girl, when someone is offering her help~ (in my humble opinion) I guess, he would have just stand there and watch, and would bravely stood for her when The Man in Black harm her or bully her or something ! And the part when they returns home, after Ran already disappeard to her home, and Shiho and Shinichi remaining, I find it strange, why would Shinichi just take her to his house when he just met her for the first time? Wouldn't he tell her something like, "by the way, it's getting dark now, would you mind telling me where you live? I could walk you home if you want..." Please, I only think he would have said that in his real character, don't take me seriously !

Hahahaha! The way you potrayed Ran in this FanFic almost made me laugh! I would say she's bratty, spoiled, and envious... her character here really blew me off! Especially when she said, "he's MINE!"... my fists were flinching

Shiho... how should I put it... like, I don't think she would be so blunt and rude, as to spout of 'Jealous', to Ran as to hurt her feelings. I think Shiho would just ignore Ran, and maybe smile slightly

I find it awkward for Shiho letting Shinichi carry her on his back... ah, wait! Since they are children anyway... I guess it's quite natural!

And about the Man in Black... I don't think they would carelessly aim a gun at civilllians like that, at least when they meant to really kill them. And Yusaku wouldn't have just stayed still and let things run away like that... he would have act accordingly and maybe call the police

But actually, I really like the way you write! And how Shiho was sent to America to study, that's very realistic! I'm looking forward for the next update! And please update as soon as possible! Thank you! I had enjoyed this as much!

sorry, i had a tough time trying to portray something that never happened. I mean, we never know how shiho acted as a real child. we only know her personality as a mature adult. Of course i thought about the part where the man in black aimed his gun at the civilians and that Yusaku didn't do anything... but i had a good idea for if they meet again when they are older... i don't know if it will work well so instead of saying it here i think i'm going to send you it in a separate message to see what you think... tell me if that's ok with you... anyways, glad you liked it! ^-^ sorry my stories always lean towards ShinichixShiho, whether thats what will really happen or not (unless i get a request to write a ShinRan story) oh yes and when i made Ran bratty... if you think about it she sort of acted like that in the episode where they wanted him to play hide and seek, but if you think about it, most kids have bratty times, and as ayumi acts like a brat when it comes to conan... she gets jealous when other girls go around conan so i sort of used that for Ran as a child

Hahahaha! Ah, you are very welcome! I would eagerly read them and gladly give you my opinions ~ but, just to remind you something, I'm not always available, I'm quite of a busy girl you see. Even though I'm always at home, I've got loads to do~ So, if you did send me a message and I didn't response instantly, you would have already know why, okay?

Yeah, every kids has their bratty times... but Ran in this FanFic, is too bratty~ I like Ran more than Ayumi, as I already explained why in 'Characters That Get On Your Nerves' topic, {1. Ayumi . she likes Conan, and want him to be all hers, yet she's so bossy to him, and when Conan does something she doesn't like, she will tell him of or shout at him! And, in the movie 5, when she noticed Conan liked Ran, she told Ran, "tell him that you liked a boy called Shinichi!" Those words makes me want to throw the computer out of the window! What's wrong if Conan likes Ran? Conan doesn't have any interest in her, so just leave him be! And sometimes, her sense of justice annoys me too !}

By the way, I would like to see Shiho and Hakuba FanFic written by you. If you don't mind, could you make a HakubaxShiho FanFic? I understand if you are not willing, because you are ShinichixShiho fan . But, I would really love to see you how you put them together! With that, maybe I could get some ideas for my next FanFic~ Yohohohoho

I guess I can try a ShihoxHakuba fanfic... i just need to read a bit more about hakuba... guess i'll be finding all the chapters he's in and also magic kaito.... anyways, it may take me a while but sure i'll write one ^-^
