I have refined the art of vibratoing with long nails. It works for every finger except the index My proudest stalker moments are either when I found 3 machine selfies or when I found Sonoci's livestream channel. It works for every finger except the index Having long nails means flattening your fingers so that your nails don't "clash" with the strings--which really limits how much you can vibrato. Since this doesn't seem to bother you, I'll assume that you use arm vibrato? I have a very prominent wrist vibrato so I have to cut my nails on a regular basis whether I want to or not. I admit, it's not something I should do often, but gosh I hate having short nails... I do wrist vibrato. Arm vibrato was something I never really understood.
