Besides, it irritated me how every spy had to look like a "Kool Kid" to me. I honestly didn't know he was supposed to have red hair. It looked grey or light brown to me. Thanks so much! Could've just been someone with a cold and a friend with a motorcycle. Also, I didn't want to just do a similar jam signal trick twice. The certain someone will already appear in the next chapter with a perfectly reasonable location to have been in. I could not have three certain people meet up all at once. Too contrived.
