Just go to the watch section at http://www.detectiveconanworld.com/watch and click on "Submit" next to the episode for which you would like to submit new links. Then, once approved, they will be displayed on the site. I also plan to work on a more improved system in the future where people can report broken links or point to videos that should be removed since a better quality version was submitted or exists.
