She also knows Conan's true identity. Perhaps he only told her because she was his favorite, and she's keeping it a secret from everyone else on his orders. I still don't know why he wouldn't inform everyone, though. No , I don't think so as Conan said that vermouth might remember seeing his face from pictures of shinichi when he is still small as she was friends with mrs Kudo. All of his inventions have helped Conan, and a lot of them caused him to get clos(er) to penetrating the secrets of the organization. He's also known Shinichi for years. Being such a good detective, Shinichi would've realized that something was wrong as some point or another. Conan usually figures out disguises in a few hours. He discovered Irish and Vermouth's disguises in the 13th movie, as well as finding Keito Kid's disguises coutless times. I have a hard time believing that anyone could fool him for a few weeks, let alone years. Also, Ai Habara lives in Agasa's home. With all those chances to finish her off, why doesn't he do it? Since he knows Conan's true identity, why wouldn't he tell the B.O.? Sorry, but I think that Professor Agasa has helped Conan too much to be involved in the organization. He might not trust his subordinates, probably having being betrayed before, so he would want to find out the truth for himself. I agree with you. Agasa has been helping shinchi out since he was like 7.And he's always doing things to help him out and plus, Agasa has never had a moment when he did something wired that was out of character and evil like an evil lagth or scary smirk. Agasa is one of the very few people who i think is innocent. And it makes no sense. If Agasa was the BO leader, he could have killed Conan and Ai already. And plus i think it is very wired that the Boss would help both someone who is still alive from being attack for the BO and trying to take them down and an X member who is on the run from the organzation. How could Kogoro be Anokata when he's been targeted/suspected himself by the Black Organization? They wouldn't go after their boss, and I'm pretty sure that they at least know some information on "that person" to give them proper judgement on who is who. To just point out something else, Kogoro certainly isn't what one might think of when s/he thinks of the head-honcho behind the Organization -- it's just extremely unlikely, just as it would be to think Agasa or the others you mentioned couldn't be. While he is doing this, his secret affair partner, Megure keibu, helps to cover the truth of the case.
