Gosh I hate that feeling... I have times where I forced myself to breathe and still can't feel myself breathing. And I did this too much until i nearly fainted. Others tell me it's psychological though.

But it's really scary, especially at night. >__<

there there *pats* the only way I try to get rid of this is breathing in really hard, holding it for a few moments and then letting go. Carefully take in air after that at a normal pace and it goes away. I've never thought of it as a psychological problem. Who said that? o.O

Online. And friends. I read articles about it. They said it could be psychological. Guess everyone was skeptical. I once mentioned it to the doctor, and he said don't think too much and dont worry about it and will be fine. Implies its psychological I guess? I'm fine now though. This rarely happens already.
