What's on Your Mind?

My family has this obsession of losing weight too. It seems like Very important. I find it very weird that mom weight is 58 And Dad's weight is something around 80.. O______o

OMG THAT'S SO SKINNY. I Was 39 last year, but it drove my parents crazy since some people thought they didn't take care of me. *Face palm* so they forced me to gain some weight,By this year, I only reached 46, then last month I lost weight again and Its 45 now. XD

Yea.. I improved a lot you know? I was only 15kg at 10. Huge increase don't you think? :V

Only 39 kg??? :OOO

Yes. I might grow fat in time though. :P

Actually... I don't know. Failed attempts of gaining weight though... I can't seem to get fatter. I think one very interesting reason is that I eat very very slowly. It can take me up to 15 minutes for a simple meal sometimes. I don't eat much per meal but I eat many many small meals. I seldom eat starchy food like rice or potatoes though I love veggies and bread. I don't drink much milk. Half a glass maybe but seldom more than 2 glasses. Drink soya milk instead! It's good. XD (sounds like I'm a vegetarian right? Lol but I'm not)

It's unhealthy to be that thin, KKLT. And you should eat some more meat and starch. And find an exercise that you can do with your conditions. Doesn't have to be extreme, just enough to keep you going.

Yea.. I think it's really unhealthy to be that thin.. But if I grow fatter it would be at unsightly areas >__<

And I don't know why but I don't like meat. I can't take things with oil... Or too much oil.

The slime feeling of oil would make me lose my appetite >__< oh but I love steamed stuff. steamed fish~~~ <3

My main exercise .. Should be stair climbing... And walking...? Shopping is a good past time XD

I go for short tennis or badminton sessions or swimming or cycling once in a while though.:.

To tell you the truth I wasn't aiming for picture perfect. Just that being as thin as I am, it would look like I'm pregnant if I ever gain flesh there. :V

The doctor actually advised me to work out while climbing the stairs really slowly to balanc out the difference in muscle mass in my leg.

Well it's a good exercise and convenient since I live in an apartment and I can reach it by climbing stairs. :P

Just Breakfast like a queen, Lunch like a princess and dinner like a beggar. And eat starchy foods if you do want to gain weight.

:o I don't eat much in the morning though... Can't stand rice in the morning... >__<

Speaking about breakfast... I wonder... If anyone here doesn't mind eating half raw eggs? Or likes it?

I can go for half-boiled :P though my breakfast usually consists of bread and tea. :V

Yep I meant half boiled.. :D I always thought people from the west cannot take raw food. XD

I'm not from the west. But my brother is idiotic enough to have raw eggs. :V

Ooh I see.. XD even of I absolutely love eggs and half boiled, I can't take raw. Raw can only be used as a sauce in hotpots :V

Can't have too much eggs though. Blood loss occurs for me :mellow:
