In the first case, Fuji drugged Takai with chloroform and placed him on the rooftop. Afterward, she tied a nylon thread on Takai's belt, passed it through a hole on another glass on the roof, then tied the other end on the elevator's generator, causing Takai to fall down to his death once the elevator is used. The locked room scenarios were accomplished by switching around the key hole cylinders, allowing her to use the original key of each room to enter and exit. Kamata's locked room however, used the cylinder from her own room due to time constraint to create alibi. Kawashima helped create the illusion of locked rooms by using the switched master keys. Ishido's case however, is truly a suicide, and it's also revealed that he is Hidemi's biological father.
