Manga to Anime Changes
- In the manga, Queen Selizabeth's bodyguards all hold Inspector Nakamori at gunpoint when he screams upon learning of Kaitou Kid's first visit to the queen. This is left out of the anime.
- In the manga, Kaito physically stretches out the eyes of Philip's cat to look for the Crystal Mother, and is scratched for his troubles. In the anime, he concludes that the cat does not have the jewel after a single glance.
- In the manga, Snake collides with the tunnel shortly after he tears Kid's cape off. In the anime, he successfully dodges it by running in the opposite direction until he falls off of the train.
