Regarding the name, I have asked for further clarification. Right now it seems we could go two ways, "Beika Pong, Huge Bleeding Service", or a "Beika-pon: Bloody deep discount" depending on the theme of the episode. I do know for a fact that the first word is Beika like the city. The same kanji are used. Beika cannot be romanized as Beka without the i. It just doesn't work like that. If you are going to romanize Beika, it becomes Baker like Baker Street, but the moderators and translators sort of collectively made a decision not to do that or make Haido into Hyde either.
