Mary's full name
In Shukichi's marriage registration, under Tsutomu's name is the name of the mother. The only visible characters resemble "Sera" in kanji. Back then, some questioned this because Sera is suppose to be the last name/family name, yet it is written on the right - not the way Japanese name is written. But now it's pretty much clear. Similar to how "Ethan Hondou" is written in Japanese, Mary Sera is a foreigner's name and thus, the last name would be written on the right. So I want to ask, should this article's name be changed?
Removed wordplay theory
I deleted the whole bit about sister = SIS. I'm strongly against adding wordplay hints in general because you can make anything mean whatever you want once you massage it enough. It's not a high quality source of evidence in most cases because of how subjective and forced it is. I am keeping in mind that Gosho uses limited wordplay and it takes forms like Okiya Subaru = Casval (キャスバル Kyasubaru → キヤスバル Kiyasubaru). You see it often with themed suspect names in cases, etc. It's almost never in English however. Having been around the fandom for close to a decade now, I have enough experience to say that wordplay theories are generally a net negative and confuse people more than help them by encouraging people to seek clues "The Da Vinci code" style instead of Sherlock style which is how DC is meant to be.
While I do think Mary is likely to be a member of some group, with MI6 high on the list, evidence suggesting that needs to be based on quality speculation, like the type of martial arts she uses is taught to SIS agents, or something like that. Chekhov MacGuffin talk 07:57, 13 April 2017 (CEST)
