The five guests other than Kogoro, Conan, Wakita and Amuro that were invited to the church had received an email saying that Nichihara had committed suicide in the church by hanging.

After looking for the code sheets dispersed in the church, everyone returns to main area but Kouhei Wada. The others decide to wait for him, but after an hour has passed, they all go to the bathroom to look for him and find him dead, shot by an arrow from an automatic crossbow trap.
