Toshimichi Okawa (大川 俊道 Ōkawa Toshimichi?), born 2 April 1957, is a Japanese screenplay writer and director famous for his participation in different Japanese animes.

He graduated from Meiji University, when he was attending university, while assimilated into the film study group, he simultaneously worked part-time at the promotion section on the 7th floor of Toei Company.
