Toshiyuki Tabe (田部 俊行 Tabe Toshiyuki?), born 1950, is a Japanese screenplay writer famous for his comical scenarios.

He graduated from Waseda University. He is active in such areas like writing detective dramas and action scripts. He received a Japan Academy Prize for the best scenario in 2004. After writing for the 1995 edition of TV drama "Kaze no Rondo" in 1995, he then worked as an assistant scriptwriter for Tokai TV's daytime dramas directed by Takehiro Nakajima.
