Background
Mrs. Shimomura is an old lady living in Beika, near the park. She owns a small shop named "Tobacco Shimomura" (タバコしもむら Tabako Shimomura) and the apartments above it. She was a key witness in an illegal bomb case since the tenant in one of the apartments above was found out to be a bombs-maker.
