Biography
His first exposure to the industry was in 1980, when he did the in-between animation for Ashita no Joe 2 (あしたのジョー2). His first attempt of being an animation director was for PEACHBOY LEGEND (桃太郎伝説), in 1989. He then served as the chief animation director and character design for two movies of Lupin III (ルパン三世), from 1994 to 1995. He is currently a freelance animator, but formerly belonged to Studio AnnaPluck (スタジオあんなぷる), he mainly works for TMS Entertainment.
Sudo has worked for the Detective Conan anime since the beginning, 1996. He was the character design starting with episode 1. Later on, he did animation director work for some episodes.
