Masashi Hasegawa (長谷川 真史 Hasegawa Masashi?) is a Japanese animatior. He served as animation director and key animator roles in Detective Conan anime.

Biography

Hasegawa joined the Detective Conan anime production team in 2007, starting from The Vanished Policeman. His role back then was key animation for the studio Azeta Pictures. From 2009 to 2011, he worked as animation director along with Michitaka Yamamoto.

The Victim is Shinichi Kudo broadcast in April 2011 was the last time that Yamamoto and Hasegawa collaborated. After this episode, Hasegawa ceased serving as the animation director for the Detective Conan anime and only did key animation work for another few episodes.
