Kogoro, Ran, and Conan are eating at a restaurant. At the same moment, in the restaurant's private room, a company is having dissolution party. But after giving a speech, the company president, Jiro Kureno falls dead onto the floor.

Kureno was murdered by the dead Eiji Koshimoto because he always took the credits of the company. In an attack of rage, Mayu Narita killed Eiji Koshimoto. She's the only one who doesn't have an alibi because: 1. Junnosuke Toda talked with Conan after having a phone call and gave a toy car to him and 2. A waitress claimed that she was being played with Hiroo Kamijo by saying that she's the type of girl he likes. Her motive is because she loved the president and the fact he said that someone else will gonna kill Kureno motivate her to kill him. At the end of the episode, the waitress gives a toy car to Conan to play.
