Ryotaro Okiayu (置鮎 龍太郎 Okiayu Ryoutarou?), born November 17, 1969, is a high profile seiyu. He was born in Kokura Minami, Northern Kyushu, Fukuoka, but was raised in Osaka.

In Detective Conan he voices Subaru Okiya, as well as many one-time characters prior to Okiya's introduction, most notably Fumimaro Ayanokoji in Movie 7.
