- The 34th Detective Conan opening is now being used in the anime. It is sung by Natsu Iro and is titled "Kimi no Namida ni Konna ni Koi Shiteru".
- The 43rd Detective Conan ending is now being used in the anime. It is sung by Mai Kuraki and is titled "Koi ni Koishite".
Other
- The 17th Detective Conan movie entitled "Private Eye in the Distant Sea" has been announced and will be released in Japanese theaters on April 20, 2013.
- This year's Mystery Tour in Nagasaki is scheduled to end on November 25, 2012. The animated version of the case will be split into two-parts set to air on December 1, 2012 and December 8, 2012.
