A man thought Hiroshi saw him killing the broker and that made him the target of that man, but Conan found a way to save the child, bringing along the Detective Boys. After some time, Conan revealed that the child didn't accidentally stop at the abandoned place. He remembered it was once a famous shopping store, and went there to buy the stuff he needs, not knowing that the store was shut down. The man is the owner of the store, but the broker wanted to demolish it and that is the reason why the man killed the broker.
