Anything else, including the touch screen, power button, and the charging connecter have been rendered useless. However, in Shiratori opinion, if they open the tablet, they can recharge it directly from the inside: if they get the data from the hard drive, they could figure out where the signal is coming from. But, in Conan opinion, after they take it apart, what happens if they can't see Detective Takagi anymore? The culprit is smart enough to modify the buttons and make the touch screen useless. It's safe to assume there's a trap set to shut it down completely if they mess with it.
