Takehiro Koyama (小山 武宏 Koyama Takehiro ), born on December 1, 1943, is a seiyu from Maizuru, Kyoto Prefecture.
In Detective Conan, he voiced Heizo Hattori until 2013, when he presumably retired from voice acting. He was replaced by Kazuhiro Yamaji. He was chosen since he was from Kansai and had to voice an actor that talked with the Kansai dialect. He also voiced a few minor characters in the series.
