It's just not practical processing-wise (at the server level) and it would take quite a bit of resources to have the system screen every bit of edits every time. What we could do however, if it keeps happening way too many times, is protect the pages he's trying to edit so that only established users can edit them (he seems to only be editing the same pages right?
