I think it's alright to have lists of gadgets on those pages. They constitute extra details that don't add complexity to the way information is presented. So, I think you can go ahead and revert the changes. The wiki is a piecewise work in the making. While it is important to strive for consistency, everything isn't going to get done at once because many editors have to deal with real life making significant demands on their time. It will get done eventually, as will all the episodes having people sections and such, but don't just delete things for inadequate reasons "the other pages don't have them yet" and impose arbitrary deadlines; you are not the boss of the wiki, and neither am I.
