Arrack (アラック Arakku), real name Amylin (アミリーン Amirīn), is a non-canon Black Organization member.
Background
Arrack is an assassin for the Black Organization. He attempted to assassinate Princess Latoona, but failed and was revealed by the famous Sleeping Kogoro. Then he grabbed Haibara, helding her at gunpoint, and told the princess to kill herself. Conan manages to save the princess and tranquilize him. He commits suicide by consuming a poison capsule hidden in his teeth.
Personality
His cruel way of killing is to take someone weaker than him and to use him/her for his own purposes.
Appearance
He is a dark-skinned young man with light-colored black hair, except on the temples and at the back, and a necklace.
