Noriyuki Fukuda (福田 紀之 Fukuda Noriyuki ) is a Japanese animator. He does episode director, animation director, and key animation works in Detective Conan anime and movies. He is also credited as "ふくだのりゆき" in Detective Conan.

Biography
Fukuda graduated from the Animation Department from Chiyoda Institute of Technology. And he is initiator and principal for Japanese Animation Creators Association. He also had worked in Studio Z5 (スタジオZ5)[Note 1]. Fukuda had studied under Hideyuki Motohashi, and is mainly active within TMS Entertainment (トムス・エンタテイメント), Madhouse (マッドハウス), and Gonzo (ゴンゾ).
Works in Detective Conan
Fukuda joined the production of the Detective Conan anime in 1999, starting with the two hour special The Girl from the Black Organization and the University Professor Murder Case, and did key animation within that episode. Later on, he irregularly did key animation for the TV anime. Note that except episode 129 was credited as full kanji "福田紀之", the rest in the anime were credited as hiragana "ふくだのりゆき".
Moreover, Fukuda was also one of the main animators for the anime Magic Kaito from 2010. In which he was responsible for many roles such as animation director and episode director in many episodes.
