Kosei Takahashi (高橋 恒星 Takahashi Kōsei?) is a Japanese animator. He takes part in the production of Detective Conan anime and movies.

Biography

Kosei Takahashi worked as the assistant animation director for the movies and animation director for the anime as a start of his work in Detective Conan. In the following year, he joined the anime production, starting with Episode 849: The Marriage Registration's Password (Part 1), back then he worked mainly with the staff from the TMS Entertainment animation production team; until 2019, when he temporarily quit the Detective Conan production after Episode 948: The Man Crushed by a Dinosaur.

In 2021, starting with Episode 1021: Rondo in Bad Company, when animation studio Mouse joined the Detective Conan production under the name of "production cooperation"; Takahashi returned to the series and began to do animation direction regularly[Note 1], which he partnered with Yusuke Shimizu and Eiichi Tokura.
