FALCO Suzuki (鈴木 FALCO Suzuki Faruko?) is a Japanese animator, and has contributed animation direction and key animation works for Detective Conan anime and movies. Early on in the production, he went by his real name Tetsuya Iwabuchi (岩渕 哲哉 Iwabuchi Tetsuya?).

Biography

Tetsuya Iwabuchi graduated from Yoyogi Animation Academy (代々木アニメーション学院) and has become active since 1989. From 1996 to 1997, he worked for the Detective Conan anime as a key animator for five episodes, mainly within the episodes that Atsushi Aono was responsible for. After finishing the key animation work for Episode 46: Alpine Hut in the Snowy Mountain Murder Case, he quit the production team.

24 years later, Iwabuchi returned to the Detective Conan production team under alias FALCO Suzuki (鈴木 FALCO), and working as a key animator for Episode 1003: The 36-Cell Perfect Game (Part 1). Since then, he became an animation director starting with Episode 1015: Stakeout, and continues to work on both positions until present.
