Shiro Izumi (和泉 志郎 ,Izumi Shirō) is a Japanese technical director, animation director, and key animator. He takes part in the production of Detective Conan anime.

Biography

Shiro Izumi was originally affiliated with Studio Wanpack. Izumi joined the production of the Detective Conan anime in 2009, starting with Episode 526: A Present from the True Culprit. In 2010, starting with Episode 567: Murderous Intent Raining on an Outdoor Spa, he was promoted from in-between animator to key animator.

In 2014, Izumi served as episode director for Episode 738: Kogoro in the Bar (Part 1) and Episode 744: The Suspect is Makoto Kyogoku (Part 1), which were episodes produced by Studio Wanpack.
