The killer has used florescent (see in the dark) tape on desks and tables to find the victim and stab him. He then used it again to escape without making a sound, framing someone else in the process. These fluorescent tapes were actually put up by Akira Hojima originally to guide himself to the toilet in the dark without making noise. Yoshikiko simply exploited this feature, having used to be in charge of filming. |

+ | When the black car stalking them passes by, Conan reveals to Haibara he called Takagi to go ask them if they had been drinking. Since the driver is smoking while going by, it means the stalkers gave up on them. They call [[Shuichi Akai]], who now has pictures the pair took while following the detective boys, and explain they can't follow anymore. Akai tells them he still hasn't confirmed something yet. As he hangs up, he amends that last statement with "it's too alike" - perhaps a reference to Haibara looking like [[Ai Haibara|Sherry]].</spoiler> | ||
