Displays a given list of gadgets within a "Gadgets appearances" frame.
Usage
The following is a list of required or optional parameters:

<list of gadgets>
| width = (Optional. Used mainly if the number of characters is small)
}}
list of gadgets = List of gadgets who appeared in the episode/movie/ova/etc...
Note: Remember to use the "{{Gadget}}" template to show individual formatted gadget frames
