Horita (堀田 Horita), commonly referred to as Detective Horita (堀田刑事 Horita-keiji), is a character in the manga and anime franchise Detective Conan.
Contents
Background
Horita is a young detective from the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department. He loves Sato and thus jealous of Takagi, much often to boycott with his colleagues their dates. Superintendent Matsumoto puts always awe to him. He meets Conan in several cases and is surprised by his great deduction only during Takagi's kidnapping, but Conan justifies himself saying that this is what Shinichi told him first on the phone[1].
