Vermouth regrets that she is breaking her promise to her "Silver Bullet" to leave Ai alone, but Bourbon forced the issue.
Sonoko is thrilled that Jirokichi Suzuki will soon challenge Kaitou Kid to steal a large jewel aboard his train.
Mouri "Poirot" now sports a trademark curled mustache. The passengers sharing his car are shocked to hear a famous detective is boarding.
A quiz card for the Detective Boys is slipped under Agasa's door. Is this part of the promised mystery game?
Conan follows the quiz card slipped under to the 7th car where a man, Etsuto Murobashi, is shot by a mysterious masked man.
The Detective Boys try to figure out how the murderer made car 7 "disappear".
Ai feels a menacing aura from one of the passengers...
... and she feels he looks similar to a man from the Black Organization called Dai Moroboshi.
Conan figured out how car 7 disappeared. Sonoko, Ran, and Masumi helped the culprit during the mystery challenge.

As the train is passing through a tunnel, Etsuto Murobashi was murdered!
The commotion about the murder in 8B attracts the attention of the car's passengers.
After Scar Akai walks by, Tooru Amuro appears! It seems he decided to board as well. Meanwhile someone spies on them from the background...
Subaru Okiya and a mysterious woman have also boarded the train. They appear to have some sort of plan.
Ai receives a frightening text message from Vermouth.
Kogoro, Masumi, and Conan interrogate Natsue Komino and Hiruka Sumitomo in 8D.
As Ai prepares to take the temporary antidote, she remembers the message left by her mother, Elena Miyano, for her 18th birthday. The final part of the message describes Silver Bullet.
Before Ai can take the temporary antidote she is confronted by Subaru Okiya, who asks her to step into "his territory".
Afraid of being killed by Subaru, Ai flees towards the rear of the train...
Amuro sends a message to someone after watching Masumi Sera run by his door.
Masumi, Kogoro, and Conan begin questioning the suspects. Taisaku Noto in 8A brought shinai for practice in Nagano.
In 8C, Kogoro examines Satoru Andou's large and heavy painting. The frame is solid gold.
After Hiruka Sumitomo runs down the hallway while Masumi films, Conan asks 8D's Natsue Komino a question. Komino lights a pipe and does not reply.
Mari Idenami in 8E didn't initially want to cooperate with the investigation, demanding a warrant.
The mysterious woman and Scar Akai cross paths in the hallway. The mysterious woman whispers something that causes the man to turn around in shock.
Masumi confronts Scar Akai demanding to know who he is. Scar Akai then tazes Masumi, pleased to hear that she thought he was dead.
Conan gathers the suspects and knocks out Kogoro to begin a sleeping deduction show.
Amuro appears to help out with the deduction.
Conan accuses 8C's Satoru Andou of being Etsuto Murobashi's murderer.
Scar Akai breaks into the mysterious woman's room and tosses her luggage out the window. The mystery lady then appears from behind to scold him.
Vermouth rips off her Scar Akai mask.
Vermouth squares off with the mystery lady, revealed to be Yukiko. Yukiko had challenged Vermouth to a bet over Ai in the hallway.
Subaru returns the unconscious Masumi to her room. As he leaves, Masumi calls out for Shu-nii in her sleep, causing Subaru to briefly look back at her.
Konosuke Jii makes a cameo appearance in the background.
Subaru open his eyes and this eyes Shuichi Akai
