Ryo Horikawa (堀川 りょう or 堀川 亮 Horikawa Ryō ), born February 2, 1958, is a seiyu from Osaka, Osaka.
In Detective Conan he voices Heiji Hattori and Katsuhiko Minagawa. He was also the voice of Takeshi Onimaru in Gosho Aoyama's prior series Yaiba.
