'''Kimifusa Oyabu''' is revealed to be the mastermind behind the museum robbery. He was disguised as Nobunaga Gaizer Red during the robbery, but was exposed by his righthandedness (whereas Akahoshi is lefthanded) and because of the ring on his right hand, which he failed to take off before the raid. Upon being confronted by the Detective Boys and the police, Oyabu breaks down and confesses that his company is failing and in heavy debt with a loan company, whose thugs masqueraded as the other Gaizers.
